About Andraya Powell

While at the University of Georgia pursuing her BBA in Real Estate Andraya took and passed the real estate exam. Although she did not graduate until June of 1993, she moved back to Atlanta and got straight to work with her mom, Chris Hoffman. She started as Chris's licensed assistant at RE/MAX North Atlanta. After her first three years with an active license, she passed the Broker exam. When RE/MAX North Atlanta changes names to RE/MAX Greater Atlanta and moved across the street in Dunwoody Village, Andraya quickly went from assistant to partner. Chris and Andraya later formed Powell Hoffman Homes, LLC. In 2008, Chris and Andraya moved to Solid Source Realty, Inc. Andraya became a majority shareholder in their LLC as Chris began to plan her retirement. On January 1, 2022 Chris fully retired and Andraya took over as owner of Powell Hoffman Homes. Andraya made the move in December 2023 to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Georgia Properties.

Andraya lives in Roswell with her husband of 30 years, two sons and rescue dog. Her husband, Bee, owns a residential landscape company. Their oldest son, Marshall, is at Mercer University in Macon pursuing a math degree and their younger son is at Kennesaw State University where he plays baseball and is pursuing a business degree. Andraya loves tennis, CrossFit, bible study, volunteering and gardening at her parents farm.
